What an intensly awesome day I had snowshoeing today in Parc Mont-Royal, and am surprised at how difficult it is for me to type “snow-shoeing” I keep typing things like showsnoeing, or snoeshowing.
Also, I ran into a few cute critters like this squirrel and other mysterious things which were too fast to catch on camera unfortunately.
The little winter hike felt like we were in the middle of the country, until the paths took us to lookout point such as this. So beautiful!

Last night was, of course, Night Vision Wednesday (see previous post)!! Today, with nothing to do, cold weather, and a hangover I decided to do some little artsy projects. I finished sewing my blue dress and thought it needed a little charm. Taken from an old silk scarf I used to wear I transformed it into this darling little flower!
